Apprenticeships With O&O Electrical Ltd

At O&O Electrical Ltd, we are committed to developing the next generation of skilled electricians. Our apprenticeship programme provides a structured pathway for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the electrical industry while gaining real hands-on experience. Our apprentices are employed by O&O Electrical Ltd and work alongside experienced electricians on real projects. This allows apprentices to develop practical skills in a professional environment while earning a wage and working towards nationally recognised qualifications.

All applications should be submitted to info@oandoelectrical.co.uk, Please submit any applications in February for interviews to then take place in March. Start dates will be during September later that year.

O&O Electrical Ltd also offers a one-week work experience programme for Year 10 students. This provides a valuable opportunity to gain insight into what it’s like to work as an electrical engineer, including the range of tasks involved and the expectations of the role.It’s always rewarding to see how much students grow in confidence during their time on site. Many of our engineers remark on the positive development they witness in just one week. For those who particularly enjoy the experience, some have gone on to apply for and secure apprenticeships with us.

I’m picking things up quickly, getting more confident with the tools, and getting involved in real installations. It’s been a great experience for me, and the team at O&O have been very supportive.
